Our cooperation began at the stage of renovation, but even then we understood that we would achieve a lot together. At the beginning, we created a communication strategy for the brand, developed a TOV and chose the direction in which we started to move. The specificity of this field is high competitiveness and lack of media coverage. To attract the audience and gain their trust, we created social media pages and web-site for the company.
The content pages and the site were built from scratch, which gave us even more incentive to reach our goal. And the goal then was this: to create a place where people can relax, celebrate and feel chosen, because this is a premium establishment. UGC content has become a thing of the restaurant, because nothing describes an establishment like its guests. With the help of content, targeting and native advertising, we achieved the desired result. We received 12 requests in Direct every day. In 2020, we managed to gain the trust of customers and book tables for all weekends of the year up to and including December.
