What was done?

“Lypky” is on one step ahead of trends. New, modern and thought-out quartal. A place where is convenient to live and relax. There is a park with lightning for whose who likes late night safe walks. There are also a lot of parking lots, security and video surveillance, because safety is above everything! Cars are safe and children are in the first place.

SMM strategy

In the “Lypky” project, the main thing that needed to be done was to stand out among competitors and earn the trust of the audience. The specificity of this area is a small percentage of people who can afford housing services. Therefore, the goal was set – to become the TOP in its segment and get new customers. The promotion involved the infusion of large investments, which is associated with high risks. That’s why we started by broadcasting the company’s values, informing the audience about the services and working out the client’s pain. To successfully build a brand image, it was necessary to highlight its TOV and frequently used words, as well as develop content rubrics
